Shiba Inu (SHIB) Team Working On SHIB Wikipedia to fight FUDs and false information.

The team behind Shiba Inu (SHIB) is reportedly working to create the “SHIB Wikipedia” to help eliminate the scams and erroneous information about the project. In addition, the team is also making progress on Shibarium Documentation and Woofpaper v3.

The Shiba Inu team is busy creating a “living document” that will feature all official and verified SHIB information and community contributors and projects. The document’s information will be updated and can be expanded as needed over time only by official team members and will serve as “SHIB Wikipedia.”

The purpose of creating “SHIB Wikipedia” is to eliminate most of the crypto space scams damaging the reputation of the Shiba Inu Ecosystem. As per reports, the document will arrive soon.

A SHIB Official Defense Team Alpha member named “Shib Trophias” confirmed the news. In addition, he revealed that Shibarium Documentation and Woofpaper v3 would also be part of the upcoming wiki section.

“Can confirm there is a wiki/doc section in the works. It’s gotta look sleek! Shibarium Documentation and Woofpaper v3 is also apart of this as well.”

Ripple noted that it recently participated in a community development project that will be beneficial to Oakland residents.

The Silicon Valley tech company said in a recent blog post that it partnered with Stephen & Ayesha Curry’s Eat. Learn. Play. Foundation this summer.

Per the announcement, the partnership led to the development of a playspace and community garden in the Bay Area community of Oakland, California.

The project provides a space to help people stay active, network, and build social bonds that will ultimately bring members of the community together.

According to Ripple, the community project will be beneficial to over 100 Oakland youths and their families for many years to come. The playground is located at Unity Council’s 36th Avenue apartment in Oakland, California.

“This project reflects our villages coming together to ensure youth in Oakland have access to safe and equitable play spaces that support their physical and social development for generations to come,” Chris Helfrich, CEO of Eat. Learn. Play said.

Ripple noted that the project was completed by over 260 volunteers, who were brought together through a collaboration between KABOOM, Ripple, The Unity Council, and Eat. Learn. Play.

Additionally, volunteers also built garden beds as well as a mosaic in order to make the playground colorful.

Moments after the playground opened, the tech company joined the Eat. Learn. Play Foundation at Oakland’s A-game to share backpacks and books with over 1,000 children.

Ken Weber, VP of Social Impact and Sustainability at Ripple, said:

“This new playground will further our shared mission to create livable playspaces and sustainable food sources for everyone, as part of our deepening commitment to Bay Area communities.”

California Congressman Sides With SEC

Meanwhile, the announcement comes after California congressman Rep. Brad Sherman noted that the lawsuit between the Securities and Exchange Commission and Ripple would end in the SEC’s favor.

The congressman said he is confident that Ripple’s coin, XRP, is security. He further urged the SEC to clamp down on exchanges that facilitated XRP trading.

Cardano Stablecoin Djed Mainnet Deployment Delayed

0

Another Cardano project deployment has been delayed.

COTI, a leading enterprise-grade fintech company, has provided an update about Cardano’s official stablecoin Djed deployment on the mainnet.

According to a blog post, COTI noted that Cardano’s Djed deployment on the mainnet will be delayed following the postponement of the Vasil hard fork launch.

Yesterday, Input Output Global (IOG), the company responsible for Cardano research and development, noted that the Vasil upgrade that was earlier scheduled to launch before the end of this month had been postponed for a few more weeks.

Since Djed is designed to align with the Vasil hard fork, COTI noted that it postponed the stablecoin deployment on the Cardano mainnet. Djed’s mainnet deployment will be on hold until the Vasil upgrade goes live, COTI noted.

Vasil Hard Fork

Vasil is one of the most significant upgrades for the Cardano network. The upgrade is tipped to provide enhancements to Cardano’s features and functionality, including smart contract functionality, speed, and overall efficiency.

With these improvements in place, Cardano adoption and transactions are expected to surge tremendously.

“The Vasil hard fork is supposed to dramatically improve the network’s efficiency and, by that, to increase the number of transactions that can be made on top of Djed’s platform,” COTI said.

The leading fintech company said it will focus on monitoring the updated timeline for the Vasil hard fork and will inform the community of new developments.

“In the meantime, we will continue to build partnerships to assure utility for Djed from day one,” the company added.

COTI Promoting $Djed’s Adoption

Last year, Charles Hoskinson, Cardano founder, chose COTI to become the official issuer of the Djed algorithmic stablecoin. Since Hoskinson made the announcement last year, COTI has embarked on a campaign to promote the widespread adoption of $Djed when it officially gets deployed on Cardano mainnet.

So far, COTI has announced a series of partnerships with top projects that are committed to using the algorithmic stablecoin on their platforms.

TheCryptoBasic reported this month that cloud computing platform Iagon partnered with COTI to use Djed in its upcoming marketplace for decentralized computing service.

Rosen Law Firm Urges Terra (LUNA) Victims to Select a Lead Plaintiff to Prosecute Do Kwon and TerraForm Labs

Do Kwon and TerraForm Lab’s legal woes continue to increase as Rosen Law Firm calls on Terra investors to secure a lead plaintiff before the deadline.

Rosen Law Firm has urged Terra ecosystem token investors to secure a lead plaintiff before the deadline in a securities class action filed against TerraForm Labs (TFL) and its founder, Do Kwon.

In a press release published yesterday, Rosen Law Firm stressed that there is a need for Terra ecosystem tokens’ investors to get a lead plaintiff for the case before the August 19, 2022 deadline. The lead plaintiff, also known as the class representative, is a person who represents everyone that suffered similar losses in a class-action lawsuit.

The class action has already been filed, and Rosen is seeking to compensate investors who purchased Terra ecosystem tokens between May 20, 2021, and May 25, 2022.

“A class action lawsuit has already been filed. If you wish to serve as lead plaintiff, you must move the Court no later than August 19, 2022. A lead plaintiff is a representative party acting on behalf of other class members in directing the litigation,” the announcement stated.

Victims of the Terra ecosystem collapse seeking to join the lawsuit are required to contact Rosen via the company’s email, website, or phone number.

Notably, victims of the Terra ecosystem collapse are advised to select a lead plaintiff with huge success rates in various leadership roles.

“Be wise in selecting counsel,” Rosen added.

Rosen’s Achievement in Securities Class Action

Rosen Law Firm has been representing clients across the globe, with its main focus being on securities class actions. The company ranked first in the ISS Securities Class Action Service for engaging in the highest number of securities class action settlements in 2017.

Additionally, since 2013, Rosen has been ranked among the top 4 law firms involved in a series of securities class actions.

So far, the company has helped its clients recover hundreds of millions of dollars. Rosen noted that it recovered a whopping $438 million for investors in 2019 alone.

“Many of these firms do not handle securities class actions but are merely middlemen that refer clients or partner with law firms that litigate the cases,” it added.

Rosen’s class action against TFL and other individual defendants, including Jump Capital and Three Arrow Capital, is centered on securities law violations.

Terra’s Legal Woes Heightens

The legal firm accused TFL and individual investors of deceiving retail investors through their offerings, which plunged many into huge losses.

The development further mounts legal pressure on TFL and individual defendants. As reported by TheCryptoBasic, Scott+Scott Attorney also charged Kwon, TFL, and 3AC for plunging investors into massive losses.

SBI’s expansion of the ODL service came a few hours after Ripple released its Q2 2022 financial report. According to Ripple, ODL adoption skyrocketed in the second quarter of 2022, leading to the sale of $408.9 million worth of XRP.

SBI Group Bullish on Ripple’s Solution

It is noteworthy that SBI has been a major partner and supporter of Ripple for years. SBI has been bullish on Ripple’s solution, adopting the Silicone Valley tech company’s native cryptocurrency, XRP, for its businesses.

As reported in May 2022, SBI’s cross-border e-commerce platform, SBI Motor Africa, announced it would accept XRP payments for the purchase of used cars.

SBI did not stop there. The Japanese financial giant also disclosed that it would examine Ripple’s XRP Ledger (XRPL), which will likely be utilized by SBI Motor Africa if the SEC v. Ripple lawsuit ends in favor of the blockchain company.

0

According to the chief developer of Shiba Inu, Shiba is not a pump and dump scheme.

The chief developer of Shiba Inu has said on Twitter that the cryptocurrency does not function as a pump and dump.

Shib team is always focusing on increasing coin utility. The coin has done enough to remove the status of the meme coin. Accepted as payment by thousands of retailers and available for trading on all world top exchanges, the shib team is busy building SHib metaverse, decentralized exchange, games, and doing partnerships with the likes of John Richmond to prove Shib worth.

Shib Liquidations

Meanwhile, as prices rise, SHIB shorters were burnt, bringing the total number of SHIB liquidations to $17.14million.

Bitfinex’s Shiba Inu trading pair had the single biggest liquidation, with an estimated value of $5.57 million.

In related news, as the cryptocurrency market begins to show signs of improvement, top Ethereum (ETH) whales continue making aggressive moves to increase their holdings in SHIB. As reported by The Crypto Basic, two whales have accumulated above 1 trillion coin in the last few days.

How Shiba Inu’s Price is Doing

The price of Shiba INU is now moving upwards inside an ascending triangle, which indicates that a substantial bullish trend is developing. Since it suffered such a significant loss in May 2022, the asset has been making several efforts to climb back up to a level higher than $0.000013.

The RSI is now consolidating inside its middle bands and is getting ready to make a new high, which is another piece of evidence that the indicators are quite positive for the SHIB price. While it seems that the bears have no space to maneuver given that the MACD is positive and there is no selling pressure:

Number Of New Daily Dogecoin Addresses Surges By 265% As Doge Team Celebrates Week Of Achievements

The number of new daily DOGE addresses has increased by a factor of 265%.

Statistics reveal that the number of new daily $DOGE addresses has increased by 265 percent, going from 14.47K to 38.43K new addresses each day. The rising network growth is a promising indicator, and it may not be long until this is reflected in the price of DOGE.

In general, Dogecoin has had a really eventful week this past week. The official Twitter account for Memecoin just announced that it has created a website and added a Dogepedia page to it. It is claimed that this may be used as a weapon against fear, uncertainty, and uncertainty (FUD).

Dogepedia is an exhaustive database covering all aspects of Dogecoin, including instructions and frequently asked questions. However, in contrast to Wikipedia, the material is not created by users, and it cannot be altered by any user. This may be a benefit in terms of maintaining the accuracy of the information.

In related developments, Dogecoin creators recently announced that the most recent version of the Dogecoin Core software, 1.14.6, has been launched and is now live. According to the developers, this version will dramatically enhance the network’s security, efficiency, and user interface.

Dogecoin’s New Website also goes live this week.

Furthermore, recall that Chipotle is releasing a new game that offers users the opportunity to win Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Avalanche (AVX), Solana (SOL), or Dogecoin for free (DOGE).

The fast food company claims the interactive game titled “Buy The Dip” would provide over $200,000 in crypto assets in addition to promotional vouchers for 1-cent Guacamole and Queso Blanco from July 25 to July 31.

Dogecoin Creator Says “Chipotle Including Doge In Its Giveaway Shows Doge Is One Of The Most Recognizable Crypto”

All of these occurrences may contribute to a substantial DOGE price spike. Already, the meme coin is in green. At the time of writing, it is worth $0.07067, with an increase of 6.5% over the previous 24 hours.

ETC Up 190% As Vitalik Shifts ETH Miners Focus Towards Ethereum Classic

0

Ethereum Classic is gaining traction as miners ditch Ethereum ahead of the planned merger to Proof-of-Stake.

The Ethereum blockchain has been up for a revolutionary change from a proof-of-work to a proof-of-stake system. The PoS is touted as more environmentally friendly and sustainable due to its low energy consumption and carbon emissions as opposed to the energy-intensive PoW mining system. The change-over to the PoS has been slated for September.

Following this plan, miners on the Ethereum network are shifting their gaze to the old Ethereum Classic chain. They have their reasons for this change of focus.

Why The Surge In ETC Price?

As more miners move from Ethereum (ETH) to Ethereum Classic (ETC), ETC has gained both in popularity and price upswing. The current buzz about ETC within the crypto community has attracted a lot of people’s attention to the coin. This, coupled with increased miner activity on the legacy network, has led to an increase in demand and a corresponding price increase for ETC. At the time of this writing, ETC is trading at around $42, posting a 29% increase on the daily, a 7-day upscale of 63.5%, and 190% since July 16th. As such, ETC appears to be performing way better than both ETH and BTC.

ETC up 190% since July 16th
ETC up 190% since July 16th

ETC hasn’t had a very vibrant following within the crypto industry since the Ethereum blockchain split into two back in 2016 after a $50 million hack as Developers decided new technology was needed to protect and replace the old one. The split led to a hard fork that resulted in the Ethereum Classic (ETC).

Investors Are Moving In

Not only is ETC attracting new miners moving from Ethereum, but it’s also attracting investor funds to build up the network. One of the big investors in mining is AntPool, a popular crypto mining platform. AntPool has pledged to invest around $10 million to support the development of the ETC ecosystem.

The investments are aimed at making the network attractive to more miners, users, and investors. If this goal succeeds, the ETC market could see significant upswings both in the short-term and long-term.

“You Can Migrate” – Ethereum Founder

While it may be a loss for the Ethereum network to lose some miners that could have turned into validators in the new PoS system, founder Vitalik Buterin isn’t bothered. He said as much during the recent EthCC event held in Paris.

He said,

“If you don’t like proof-of-work, you should go use Ethereum Classic. It’s a totally fine chain.”

Ledger Wallet Adds Support For 100 Cardano Ecosystem Tokens

0

Less than two months after adding ADA to the Ledger Live app, Ledger has expanded its offering to include 100 Cardano ecosystem tokens.

Leading cryptocurrency hardware wallet Ledger has expanded support to include more Cardano ecosystem tokens. The famous cryptocurrency hardware wallet maker noted in a recent blog post that its users can now manage 100 native Cardano ecosystem tokens via the Ledge Live app.

Ledger clarified that it selected the 100 tokens without any form of bias. According to the announcement, the selection of the 100 Cardano ecosystem tokens was based mainly on the number of blockchain transactions completed within a specific period.

“100 native Cardano tokens just made their way to your Ledger Live app. Starting today, you can seamlessly explore the Cardano ecosystem by managing the World Mobile Token, DANA, and ADAX, to name a few, while leveraging the security of your Ledger Nano,” Ledger said in the announcement.

Some of the tokens selected include ADAX, ADA Shiba Inu, MELD, Aada DAO Token, BlackDoge, Cardano Gold, Cardano Native Token, DogeADA, MEOW, Kidz Coin, etc.

Ledger acknowledges that while numerous Cardano ecosystem tokens exist, it chose to support only 100 based on the number of blockchain transactions.

Ledger’s Continuous Support for Cardano

In recent months, Ledger has been supportive of the Cardano project. As TheCryptoBasic reported in April, the team behind the popular hardware wallet released a new update that supports Cardano’s smart contract functionality.

“Attention Cardano ADA users! v.4.0.0 of the Cardano app is now available for download in Ledger Live. The app is compatible with smart contracts. Cardano DeFi + Ledger = Onwards!” Ledger noted in the announcement.

While Cardano enthusiasts were still celebrating the news, Ledger announced that it had added ADA to the Ledger Live app.

Following the announcement, Cardano enthusiasts can now purchase, send, and receive ADA directly from their Ledger Live App. Before Ledger users can start exploring the feature, they will first create a Cardano account on Ledger Live.

After ADA, Ledger expanded its support to include more Cardano ecosystem tokens. Although Ledger has selected 100 Cardano ecosystem tokens, there is a tendency that more Cardano-based tokens will be added to the list soon.
