Here Are 14 Major Achievements in XRP and Ripple Ecosystem This September

0

September 2024 was a busy month for the XRP and Ripple communities, with several important updates and milestones.

Dan Fisher, Community Relations Manager at Ripple, shared a thread summarizing these developments, which call to attention the ongoing growth and innovation in the ecosystem. Here are the key points from the month:

Ripple and XRPL Advancements

Ripple announced exploration of programmability for the XRP Ledger (XRPL). The firm plans to do this through the upcoming EVM sidechain and a possible native smart contracts functionality with community collaboration.

XRPscan, an explorer tool for the XRPL, introduced the beta version of an advanced feature for on-chain searches. The feature allows users to perform a more detailed analysis of on-chain data.

RippleX also revealed that the next XRPL Apex conference is set to take place in Singapore in June 2025. This annual event is an important gathering for the XRPL community.

AMM Performance and NFT Development

AMMs on XRPL saw notable fluctuations. According to XPMarket, the trading volume peaked at over $10.6 million in June but dropped to around $5.4 million by August. Despite the cooling volumes, the TVL in AMMs hit an ATH of $31.6 million.

DeXfi, a DeFi protocol on XRPL, launched an NFT marketplace and introduced new features to its platforms, dexfi.pro and the Xaman xApp.

New Infrastructure and Tools

Bithomp, a long-standing XRPL explorer, underwent a rebranding and moved to its own dedicated website, xrplexplorer.com.

Similarly, Vet, an XRPL dUNL validator, launched a tracker for the Ripple USD (RLUSD), allowing users to monitor the beta testing of the stablecoin across both the XRPL and Ethereum networks.

In addition, XRPL wallet Xaman rolled out version 3.0, which includes new features, improvements, and a monetization strategy aimed at ensuring the platform’s sustainability and growth.

Institutional and Enterprise Adoption

Grayscale launched an XRP Trust, which offers accredited investors the opportunity to gain exposure to XRP through private placements. This was the first of four phases in the introduction of an XRP ETF.

Zoniqx, a company specializing in real-world asset tokenization on XRPL, gained recognition at the 2024 FinTech Awards as the Most Innovative Tokenization & Liquidity Solutions Company.

XRPL Ecosystem Growth and Innovations

Meanwhile, Mayukha Vadari, a Senior Software Engineer at Ripple, introduced two new XRPL specifications: XLS-80d and XLS-81d. The first focuses on making on-chain permissioning easier, while the second enhances security and regulation in decentralized exchanges (DEX).

Also, XRP Kuwait, another XRPL dUNL validator, announced the addition of two new infrastructure hubs. This development increased the XRPK hubs to four in number.

Furthermore, Anodos Finance celebrated its first anniversary on the XRP Ledger. Lastly, the XRPL Grants program introduced an AI funding track to support builders utilizing artificial intelligence on the platform.

Crypto Liquidation Surges to $527M as Bitcoin Sinks Below $62,000: Here’s What Happened

0

The crypto market has seen the liquidation of over $527 million worth of positions in the past 24 hours as Bitcoin fails to impress amid tension in the Middle East.

Crypto market liquidation has surged in the past 24 hours following a sharp fall in Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other crypto asset prices. About $527 million worth of market positions were rekt, with bulls majorly affected.

Market Downturn Amid Middle East Tension

The surging liquidation emerged following the unsettling environment in the Middle East. On Tuesday, Iran launched missiles in Israel, raising tensions over a possible World War 3.

The fierce rivalry between Israel, Iran, Lebanon, and Palestine has persisted for a while. Israel’s ploy to root out the Hamas group in Gaza earlier in the year has escalated to other nations, including Iran and Lebanon. Notably, this tension has affected the global market, with cryptocurrencies in the mix.

Despite the Uptober hype, Bitcoin and the broader crypto market experienced massive selloffs as investors took a cautious approach amid a possible WW3. These sentiments drew a sharp fall in Bitcoin, with the asset dropping over 4% to $61,669.

Altcoins like Ethereum and Solana also fell sharply, spiking position liquidations. Ethereum capitulated 6% to $2,480, while SOL fell over 5% to $148.

Liquidation Stakes Spike as Crypto Prices Decline

The sharp price decline spiked position liquidation in the crypto market, with long positions majorly affected. Per Coinglass, almost 155,000 traders were rekt, with over half of $1 billion liquidated in the past 24 hours.

As expected, Bitcoin led the liquidation heatmap, with $140 million of positions involving the premier asset chalked off the market. Notably, about $124.6 million worth of longs were affected, with bearish positions worth $15.8 million also liquidated.

Furthermore, Ethereum traders lost $109.36 million from the market downturn. Bullish positions worth $97.8 million were rekt, while shorts amounting to $11.55 million were also liquidated.

Solana and SUI traders also saw substantial amounts liquidated in the past 24 hours, with positions worth $18.91 million and $11.88 million affected. Interestingly, a majority of SUI liquidations were short traders. SUI rebounded from the dip late Tuesday, liquidating $5.97 million in late shorts.

It bears mentioning that the trader with the biggest loss during the liquidation spree lost $12.66 million trading the BTC/USDT pair on Binance. The leading exchange also accounted for the largest amount of liquidation among trading platforms, with $260 million in position chalked off in the last 24 hours.

Shiba Inu Community Burns 2,378,422,108 SHIB in September as Monthly Burn Rate Spikes 249%

0

The broader Shiba Inu community removed over 2.37 billion SHIB tokens from circulation amid the burn campaign in September.

Data from Shibburn, a community-driven Shiba Inu burn tracker, confirms that 2,378,422,108 (2.37 billion) SHIB tokens were burned in 131 transactions last month.

Monthly Burn Rate Soars 249%

With Shiba Inu currently trading for $0.00001672, the dollar equivalent of the 2.37 billion tokens destroyed last month stands at $39,767 at the reporting time.

Following the incineration of 2.37 billion SHIB, Shiba Inu’s monthly burn rate spiked 249.36%. This indicates that the amount of SHIB burned in September represents a 249.36% increment from the total burn the community recorded in August.

As reported earlier, the Shiba Inu community destroyed only 681 million SHIB in August across six transactions.

Top SHIB Burns Recorded in September

Although the community destroyed the tokens through 131 transactions, a Binance-linked wallet initiated the majority of the burn late into the month.

The Crypto Basic reported that the unknown user behind the wallet burned 1,872,037,807 (1.87 billion) Shiba Inu in a single transaction on September 26. At the time, the tokens were worth $35,643.

This single transaction accounts for 78.7% of the total burns recorded in September. Furthermore, another significant burn recorded last month involved the incineration of 250 million SHIB on September 1. The team behind the Living The Dream (LTD) project initiated this burn as part of its Shib Burn Series campaign.

On September 16, an unknown Shiba Inu wallet moved 25 million SHIB worth $332 to the cryptocurrency’s official dead wallet.

Overall, the incineration of the 2.37 billion tokens last month was part of efforts to reduce Shiba Inu’s circulating supply. The community hopes to boost SHIB’s price, which is currently trading at $0.00001672.

Only 2.3M SHIB Burned in October, as Daily Burn Rate Plunges by 92%

Overall, Shiba Inu community members have drastically reduced SHIB’s supply by a whopping 41%, representing 410.73 trillion tokens. Meanwhile, in contrast to September, October did not have a strong start in terms of Shiba Inu burns.

This month began with the incineration of 2,941 SHIB tokens. So far, a total of 2,302,941 SHIB ($38.5) has been destroyed this month across three transactions. At press time, Shiba Inu’s burn rate is down 92.2% over the past 24 hours.

Cardano Onboards Gold as It Welcomes First Ever $150,000 in Tokenized Gold

0

German-based real-world assets (RWA) tokenization platform Finest has launched tokenized gold on the Cardano network.

In an X update, the tokenization platform announced that the tokenized assets are now live on the Cardano network. Notably, they will boast an initial cap of $150,000 with the ticker for the native Cardano token being fGLD.

Real-world asset tokenization (RWA) is a trending narrative in the crypto industry. It allows users to acquire tokenized forms of physical assets like gold, stocks, and real estate. Over $12.15 billion worth of RWAs are on-chain, with some notable crypto key players like BlackRock deeply involved.

Tokenized Gold Debuts on Cardano

Finest has been teasing the launch of the tokenized gold since September 2, noting it would debut on the Cardano network sooner than expected. The fGLD token allows users to hold the precious metal in a digital form.

The platform noted that market participants could redeem the fGLD token for physical gold, reinforcing its credibility. According to Finest, each of the $150,000 worth of gold has its physical version stored in Pro Aurum in Germany.

Pro-Aurum holds the gold in its London Bullion Market Association (LBMA)-certified vault. Furthermore, users seeking to redeem their tokenized gold on Cardano for physical gold would have the dealer deliver it to them. Notably, owners of fGLD could either apply for delivery or schedule a pick-up in Munich.

It bears mentioning that besides the tokenized gold, the Cardano network is also home to other RWA tokens. Finest, which launched on Cardano’s mainnet in August, also allows users to buy tokenized granites.

The Cardano network lags in terms of tokenized RWA presence despite the recent partnership with EMURGO to launch tokenized gold on the blockchain. Ethereum, Stellar, and Solana house the highest USD value of RWA on-chain, with $2.8 billion, $423 million, and $122 million, respectively.

User Raise Concern Over Polygon Payment

Notably, users can acquire their fGLD token on the Finest platform in the Cardano network. The protocol provided users with payment options in ADA, USDC, and through credit cards.

Interestingly, payment in USDC would bridge users to the Polygon blockchain for payment. This method didn’t bode well with a user who questioned why Polygon is the preferable choice to pay for a Cardano-based token.

However, Finest responded to the user’s query, noting the payment method was because “there is no stablecoin on Cardano with enough liquidity.”

It bears mentioning that there are no major USD-backed stablecoins on the Cardano network. Hence, any payment on the blockchain involving stablecoins, aside from its native stablecoin DJED, would involve bridging to other networks. The network is looking to welcome several stablecoin projects, including USDA.

Cardano Founder Celebrates Launch of Midnight Testnet: “It’s Worth Giving Some Love”

0

Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson is proud and delighted that the public testnet of the Cardano sidechain, Midnight, is finally live.

The Midnight team announced the testnet arrival on Tuesday, declaring it is now time to start building. Accordingly, the team has invited blockchain developers across the globe to participate in the network’s evolution.

For context, Midnight is a data-protection sidechain for the Cardano network that aims to merge privacy with regulatory compliance. It is founded on the belief that developers must protect sensitive data to create commercially successful decentralized applications.

Midnight enables private transactions and dApps without compromising security by leveraging zero-knowledge cryptography.

While still in development, this new testnet will offer a secure and stable environment where developers can experiment with creating blockchain-based applications that safeguard sensitive information.

Midnight targets organizations and developers that value blockchain’s transparency while requiring a balance between data protection, ownership, and utilization.

With this testnet, the Midnight team is offering a dependable environment replicating a live mainnet’s conditions. This allows developers to build and test on Midnight with confidence. In making this possible, the team has expanded the network’s capabilities. It included hardening its codebase and reducing the need for frequent chain resets during upgrades.

Essentially, the launch of the public testnet marks a significant milestone for the Midnight team, bringing them closer to the live mainnet launch.

Cardano Founder Is Proud and Delighted

In response to the launch of the Midnight testnet, Charles Hoskinson expressed immense pride in the team’s efforts. He acknowledged that while many milestones lie ahead for the Cardano ecosystem, this particular achievement is significant and deserves recognition and appreciation.

“It’s worth giving some love their way,” he said

Build Apps with Midnight Testnet

Notably, Midnight also offers programmable data protection credentials, giving developers the flexibility to choose what data to share on-chain and what to keep confidential.

According to the official release, its native programming language, Compact, based on Typescript, allows even those with limited blockchain experience to start writing smart contracts easily. Developers can send cryptographically secure proofs instead of sharing sensitive data directly.

Since the launch of devnet, Midnight has created various opportunities for community feedback and involvement, including a ticketing system on Discord and regular community calls. Upcoming hackathons will help developers learn how to leverage Midnight’s data protection features.

To build on Midnight, developers need a suitable development environment, such as macOS, Linux, or Windows WSL. They also need resources to run a full node, proof server, and publish-subscriber indexer.

XRP ETF in Play as Bitwise Confirms Legitimacy of Its Spot XRP ETF Filing

0

Leading crypto asset manager Bitwise officially applies with the state of Delaware to launch an exchange-traded fund (ETF) for XRP.

FOX Business and pro-crypto journalist Eleanor Terrett first revealed the development yesterday, indicating that Bitwise is seeking to launch an XRP ETF.

The filing, which is currently on the state of Delaware’s Division of Corporations website under the entity name Bitwise XRP ETF, was formally incorporated on September 30. Notably, the filing listed CSC Delaware Trust Company as the registered agent.

Bitwise Exec Confirms XRP ETF Filing

As expected, the development triggered mixed reactions among XRP enthusiasts, with some users speculating that the filing could be illegitimate.

This skepticism stems from the fact that an individual had previously made a fake Delaware Trust filing for an iShares XRP Trust, suggesting that BlackRock was seeking to launch an ETF for XRP. BlackRock denied the filing at the time, dashing investors’ hopes for an imminent XRP ETF.

Following the growing skepticism surrounding the Bitwise filing, Terrett said she received confirmation from the company’s Chief Investment Officer, Matt Hougan, that the application is authentic. The pro-crypto journalist promised to share more details about the application today.

Furthermore, Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas, who recounted the BlackRock XRP ETF saga, also said the Bitwise application is legit, adding that “we confirmed with them.”

Is an XRP ETF Imminent?

It bears mentioning that launching an XRP Trust requires the SEC’s approval. The market observed this earlier this year when the SEC approved multiple spot-based ETFs for Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH).

While the Delaware filing is commendable, it does not indicate that Bitwise is close to officially registering an XRP ETF with the SEC. The asset manager could choose to wait several months before submitting a formal application with the SEC to launch an XRP ETF.

Concerns Surrounding XRP ETF Potential Launch

In the meantime, there are concerns that the SEC might not approve an XRP ETF due to its multi-year legal tussle with Ripple.

Recall that the SEC filed a $1.3 billion lawsuit against Ripple in December 2020. The regulator alleged that Ripple violated federal securities law by selling XRP as an unregistered security to U.S. investors.

However, U.S. District Judge Analisa Torres gave Ripple a partial victory last year when she ruled that the company’s programmatic sales and other distributions of XRP did not constitute investment contracts.

The judge went a step further to declare that XRP in itself is not a security. In a final verdict issued in August, the court ordered Ripple to pay $125 million to the SEC following its violation of securities laws through its institutional sales of XRP.

There are speculations that the SEC could appeal Judge Torres’ ruling on Ripple’s programmatic sales before the October 7 deadline elapses. If true, this could further delay the lawsuit, stretching its resolution beyond this year.

Ripple CEO Confident About XRP ETF Launch

Nonetheless, Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse believes that an XRP ETF is inevitable. Garlinghouse, who was initially charged in the SEC lawsuit, asserted that it is only a matter of time before an XRP ETF goes live.

Bitwise has now made a major step toward launching an XRP ETF several months after Garlinghouse issued the comment. Recall that Grayscale also recently re-introduced its XRP Trust, the first of four steps toward filing for an XRP ETF.

With a 24-hour trading volume of $2.79 billion, XRP currently trades at $0.6006. The coin has witnessed a downturn of 3.29% in the past day, no thanks to the ongoing bloodbath across the broader crypto market.

XRP Genuine Wake-Up Line To Push XRP To $7.5: Top Analyst

0

Market analyst EGRAG Crypto has again presented a bullish outlook for XRP, contingent on its ability to breach what he calls the Genuine Wake-Up Line (GWUL).

According to his latest analysis, XRP is close to a pivotal moment that could push its price beyond $1.5 in the short-term. At the center of the analysis is the “Genuine Wake-Up Line.” This line has long been guiding XRP’s price movements.

Resistance at the Genuine Wake-Up Line

EGRAG first introduced the GWUL in May 2024 after XRP breached the Final Wake-Up Line last July. An accompanying chart to the latest update shows multiple lines, including the GWUL, which he sees as an essential barrier for XRP.

This line has served as strong resistance, having formed following the $1.96 high of April 2021. The GWUL has constrained XRP’s upward movements since then. However, according to EGRAG, the coin is now on the verge of breaking the resistance.

If XRP manages to breach this line and sustain its position above it, this would mark a shift in market sentiment. The analyst believes a confirmed breakout could lead to an immediate rally toward $1.50, with mid-term targets ranging between $5.50 and $7.50.

EGRAG noted that the key to this upward push is not only to breach the GWUL but to remain above it for at least three days to confirm the breakout.

XRP Forms Yellow Triangle

The chart from EGRAG also features a yellow triangle, with the GWUL serving as the top boundary and the Atlas Line providing support. Interestingly, XRP has further formed a smaller white triangle within the yellow one. Per EGRAG, this pattern, which connects the highs of 2021, shows the ongoing struggle between bulls and bears.

As XRP approaches the convergence point of this triangle, the battle has intensified. If bulls succeed in pushing XRP above this triangle, EGRAG believes that a major bullish wave could follow. A break above the triangle would also translate to a breach of the GWUL.

Within this triangle, the first target rests at $1.50. According to EGRAG, this level is important because it signals the completion of Wave 1 within a larger Elliott Wave pattern.

A breakout above this threshold would trigger a corrective Wave 2, which may see prices pull back to $0.75 before a more significant rally. Notably, this significant rally could lead to the ultimate target of $7.50 in the coming months. This target could materialize in the later stages of a macro Wave 3.

However, to reach these heights, XRP must maintain its position above $0.62. EGRAG advises that as long as the price does not fall below this support, XRP remains in good standing for a bullish breakout. At the reporting time, XRP has dropped below the support, now trading for $0.60002.

Bitcoin Still at Risk: Brandt Warns Recent Rally Didn’t Break Bearish Structure

0

Veteran trader Peter Brandt recently highlighted that the latest Bitcoin rally failed to reverse the longer-term bearish structure of lower highs and lower lows.

Despite the brief surge, Brandt points out that Bitcoin still hasn’t broken the levels necessary to confirm a trend reversal. According to him, a major bullish shift will only occur if Bitcoin can close above $71,000 and establish a new all-time high.

The accompanying chart reveals that BTC has been in a consistent downtrend for over seven months. This pattern features lower highs and lower lows—a signal of ongoing bearish sentiment.

Bitcoin Resistance Levels to Watch

Brandt identifies two major resistance levels on the weekly chart that Bitcoin price has been unable to surpass. The first is around $70,602, while the second, a higher resistance, sits at $73,808, the current all-time high.

Bitcoin 1W Chart Peter Brandt
Bitcoin 1W Chart | Peter Brandt

These levels have acted as major barriers to upward momentum, halting Bitcoin’s advance on multiple occasions. Without breaking through these levels, the market is likely to continue in its consolidation phase.

Brandt emphasized that while the recent rally gave some hope, it did not disturb the sequence of lower highs that have defined Bitcoin’s price action for months.

He argues that a true reversal in momentum would only occur if Bitcoin breaks past $71,000 and confirms an ATH. The market veteran suggests that anything short of that is simply another move within the prevailing bearish framework.

BTC MAs Suggest Caution

Further, the 8-week simple moving average (SMA), currently around $60,526, serves as support. Bitcoin’s price has been hovering near this moving average, indicating a lack of clear direction.

Meanwhile, volatility, as measured by the Average True Range (ATR), remains moderate. The ATR value of 5,756 indicates that while the market is still capable of significant moves, it hasn’t reached extreme levels of volatility yet.

Broader Market Outlook

Following Brandt’s analysis, charting expert Willy Woo agreed that the medium-term structure of Bitcoin remains bearish. However, Woo expressed optimism that the market is gradually shifting from neutral to bullish.

He added that while Bitcoin may eventually reach a new all-time high, it would likely take time. Woo predicted a cooling-off period over the next one to three weeks before the next significant bullish attempt.

He dismissed the idea of a strong rally in October, suggesting instead that the market would likely move sideways before experiencing a stronger uptrend toward the end of the year.

In response, Brandt remarked that when enough people adopt the “laser eyes” trend—a meme signifying bullish sentiment in the crypto community—it often signals bearish market tendencies.

Interestingly, veteran analyst Benjamin Cowen recently confirmed in a separate analysis that Bitcoin would also record observable declines this month, contrary to the “up only” sentiments across the community. This aligns with Woo’s disclosure and leans in the direction of Brandt’s report.

Meanwhile, Bitcoin has witnessed three consecutive days of declines following the 2-month peak of $66,508 on Sept. 28. BTC briefly retested the $60K region yesterday before rebounding to trade for $61,395 at press time.

Market Analyst Says XRP Will Reach $589 No Matter How Much You Deny It

0

Amonyx, a well-known market analyst in the crypto community, has stirred attention with his bold view that $589 is an attainable price target.

In a post on X on Monday, Amonyx boldly asserted that, regardless of how much critics deny it, XRP’s price explosion into the triple-digit range is bound to happen.

Why XRP to $589 “Must Happen”

The XRP market graph accompanying the post clearly depicted towering candles showcasing how XRP’s price could rally to as high as $589. The analyst provided no factors influencing this audacious forecast beyond technical analysis.

Amonyx graph showing XRP to $589

Specifically, the chart illustrates two instances of giant symmetrical triangles in XRP’s historical chart. The first formation led to an all-time high rally for XRP following a breakout. As reported earlier, the cumulative growth XRP experienced from this breakout exceeded a staggering 75,000% price appreciation between Q1 2017 and Q1 2018.

After this dramatic price surge, XRP similarly regressed over a period that has now spanned approximately seven years. Currently, XRP is at the breaking point of the triangle. Many market observers have noted that XRP has broken out of the triangle with its recent price surge to $0.66 over the weekend.

Before the breakout, many analysts theorized how high XRP could go over the next few months after it occurred. Amonyx is among the most ambitious market watchers who believe a similar magnitude of price surge, or even higher, as seen in the previous case, will emerge.

This forms the basis for his bold forecast of $589 for XRP. Indeed, from XRP’s current value of $0.62, rallying by 75,000% would place the asset’s price at $460. In other words, the analyst expects XRP’s price to surge even higher this time.

Market participants sharing this view argue that if XRP could surge by 750X based on speculation seven years ago, its pump this time would be more intense due to expanded utility on the XRP network.

$589 Unlikely This Bull Season

However, this perspective is keenly contested, with many dismissing it as wishful thinking. For instance, in response to Amonyx’s bold forecast that $589 must happen for XRP, a commenter humorously remarked, “You smoke a lot,” suggesting he is merely hallucinating rather than making a realistic price proposition for XRP.

Notably, at a price of $589, XRP would have a market cap of $58.89 trillion, an enormous figure that leads many to dismiss such projections.

Meanwhile, another commenter who agrees with the $589 outlook suggested that such a target may not be attainable in this bull run.

Bill to Permit Bitcoin Payment for Local Taxes Hits US State Senate

0

Senator Niraj Antani of Ohio State has presented a bill to permit Bitcoin payments for local taxes.

This development came to life yesterday, September 30. The bill proposes that Ohio and its local political subdivisions accept crypto assets, like Bitcoin, as a valid form of payment for taxes and fees.

In a statement, Antani emphasized that if Ohio wants to promote free enterprise and tech innovation, the state should normalize the use of crypto assets. He stressed the significance of cryptocurrency in the modern economy, saying, “Cryptocurrency is not just the future, but it’s the present of our 21st-century economy.”

Ohio Historical Experimentation with Crypto Tax Payment

Ohio is no stranger to such initiatives. Back in November 2018, under the leadership of then-State Treasurer Josh Mandel, Ohio became the first state in the U.S. to accept cryptocurrencies for taxes.

However, due to a lack of action by the State Board of Deposits following legal advice from the Ohio Attorney General in November 2019, the practice was halted. Senator Antani’s new bill seeks to bypass this roadblock and revive Ohio’s position as a leader in cryptocurrency adoption for public financial systems.

“Former State Treasurer Josh Mandel was a leader on cryptocurrency in 2018, and Ohioans have him to thank for being an early adopter of this innovation,” said Senator Antani. “Since the State Board of Deposits failed to act, the legislature will step in.”

State Universities and Pension Fund May Invest in Crypto

Additionally, the bill includes provisions that would allow state universities and pension funds to invest in cryptocurrencies if they choose to do so.

This new initiative comes as cryptocurrencies continue to gain mainstream acceptance. It also signals Ohio’s drive toward becoming a hub for financial innovation in the United States.

Crypto Community Reacts

Meanwhile, Senator Antani’s latest move to integrate crypto payments into the state’s affairs has stirred mixed reactions among crypto enthusiasts.

While some have praised the move as a sign of crypto adoption, others have raised significant concerns about potential money laundering through crypto.

Some argue that no one is interested in selling their hard-earned crypto to pay the government. Others have even called Senator Antani’s move a mere publicity stunt.
